**Key Responsibilities**:
**Installation and Maintenance**: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.

**Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify and resolve problems promptly.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

**Compliance**: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and industry regulations.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with a team of technicians and engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Chargeman or in a similar role.
- A valid HVAC Chargeman certificate.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
- A valid driver's license.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
