Molding Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Assist Assistant QA Engineer in planning, organizing, motivates and directing the in-process QC, Outgoing QA and Incoming QC activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping at all QC stations
- In the area of Quarantine Area:

- Ensure all the rejected parts from Production, Outgoing QC, Customer Store or Sub-Contractor are recorded and all the carton label should stamp "Rejected"
- For rejected material, this will be indicated with the "Reject" label on each bag and recorded
- First prece sample:

- Ensure In-Process QC check the first piece sample with the PIP sample
- Maintain the first piece
- Assist the Assistant QA Engineer on the following areas:

- Responsible for the monthly stock check on all the instrument in QC Dept, inform the Assistant QA Engineer if abnormality is found
- To train all the QC Inspectors including new and existing Inspections whenever training is required.
- Responsible to submit all daily In-Process, Outgoing and Incoming Inspection Record to the Assistant QA Engineer for verifivation, day after the inspection, update and maintain all files
- Maintain the Communication Book, Part Reject Record Book and Cavity Block Record Book
- Assist Assistant QA Engineer to archive quality objective
- Assist Assistant QA ENgineer to monitor the rework and sorting activities
- To take over in case of the absence of Inspectors

**Salary**: RM1,612.63 - RM4,001.75 per month
