**Job Descriptions**:
- Administer and maintain filing of documents and records
- Update all the records correctly and effectively
- Ensure all office supplies are readily available
- Prepare work schedules, overtime timesheet and other related documents
- Ensure workplace are clean and safe by carry out 5s activities.
- Prepare production documentation i.e. production job order / job sheet / material issue once received instruction from Sales Team.
- To make sure all the information written in documents are correct and follow the specification
- Key in production data entry
- To assist production planner in data entry in computer system
- To ensure all data entries are correctly keyed in and updated
- To liase with interdepartmental for material / finished products movement.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess with SPM/Certificate/Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable to work with foreigner
- Able to start work immediately
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
