**BOOKING & K3/K8**
- Place bookings into ProAct as per customers requirement
- Ensure all document received from customer complete & clear.
- Create booking number by insert vehicle model as per customer booking in Proact system
- Prepare SHIPINS template before vessel ETA and upload into ProAct for customer handle by NMC-KK.
- Prepare NOCC template before vessel ETA and upload into ProAct for own clearance customer.
- Generate ISD, BL & Barcode via ProAct before vessel ETA.
- Integrating Kform from Proact to ALDEC. (K3 or K8)
- Recheck for every VINS in the ‘ProAct App’ and make sure the data is accurate before submitting the Kform.

**MANIFEST & E-MANIFEST**
- Generating manifest from Proact system after got shut out advise from ALD
- Generating XML file from Proact (Enter and Amend Ocean Schedule) for submit K4

**PROCESS AFTER VESSEL DEPARTURE**
- REMOVE SHUT OUT UNIT FROM PROACT SYSTEM
- After got advice from operation team, we need to remove cancelled VINS in Proact.
- Generating & submit K5 after vessel depart from Sepanggar Port.
- Generating outward manifest for hand over to Kastam Sepanggar & Sabah Port.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or any certificates that related to the field
- Able to speak and write in English
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong in numeracy skill and computer skills in Oracle or OBM system, MS Office Excel is added advantage.
- Flexible, proactive and positive attitudes.
- Willing to learn and embrace changes and challenges.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
