**Digital Marketing responsibilities**
- Drive the school's digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, GDN, social media buys, online content marketing) and any other digital marketing campaigns for Malaysia and internationally
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs and ROI (reach, lead generation, traffic, conversions) through agency reports, media buy reports, Google Analytics reports, use of the school's CRM and other methods
- Manage the school’s Website and landing pages in terms of development, updating, SEO implementation, Google Tag Manager (GTM) Tags, etc.
- Manage the school’s Google Analytics in terms of reports, tagging and performance monitoring
- Manage the school’s media buys for online advertising including researching, booking ad spaces, placement of ads, monitoring reports and Google Analytics performance monitoring
- Manage the leads database on CRM for digital marketing campaign and online marketing campaign performance, including creating reports and monitoring
- Work with creative agencies, website designers, graphic designers and digital agencies and monitor their performance through reports and meetings with the Marketing Manager
- Keep up to date with current digital trends and research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including the use of AI tools

**Marketing Communications responsibilities**
- Manage in-school marketing events such as Open Days, Virtual events/webinars including event coordination work, presentation materials and more
- Compile reports and conduct marketing research as and when needed
- Represent the school in the participation of internal and events including school organised activities and events, Open Days, exhibitions, brand partnership events, networking events or other marketing events
- Assist in taking photographs/videos of events and activities and interviews as and when needed and assist in coordinating photoshoot and video shoot with agencies
- Write digital content and advertorials for promotional purposes
- Ensure that policies and standards on the proper use of the Nexus brand are adhered to

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Digital Marketing / Marketing / Communications or equivalent
- At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in digital marketing, marketing and communications
- Added advantage to those who have experience in using AI, basic designing skills, photography or videography/ video editing skills

**Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
- Possess good command of English (Spoken and Written)
- Good analytical skills and data marketing knowledge
- Possess good planning, organising, coordinating, presentation and time management skills
- Creative, resourceful, self-motivated and results-oriented

**Competencies (Behavioural)**
- Willing to travel within the Klang Valley, with occasional travel outstation if required
- Has a strong sense of responsibility
- Good team player and work attitude/ethics
- Proactive, mature and flexible in nature
- Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
- Willing to work beyond normal office hours (whenever necessary)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- education industry: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Putrajaya (preferred)
