**Job Description** BROAD FUNCTIONS**
- Assist & support Facilities Engineer
- Proper Facilities Equipment operation, uninterrupted utilities supply, building & landscaping
- Support manufacturing processes and plant-wide general housekeeping & safety

**Regular**
- HVAC & Clean room system -ensure all HVAC & Clean room system are operated within specification
- Fire Protection System -ensure system operation, maintenance & test are carried out according to schedule
- Utilities System (N2, CDA & Water) -ensure all utilities system are operated within specification
- Support Mechanical & Electrical system owner in troubleshooting and data gathering activities
- Repair & Maintenance -carried the repair & maintenance as per schedule
- Troubleshooting -to troubleshoot & solve the issue on the need basis or as required
- Support the compliance to IMS, ISO9000, ISO14000, Contamination Control & Safety
- Liaise with contractor, consultant on the facilities related matters

**Irregular**
- Coordinate the major plan maintenance
- Carry out special task as assigned by supervisor
- Support the activities to the company needs.
- Follow shift schedule as company required.

**Qualifications**
- Registered Electrical Competent person (Minimum A0)
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Hands on in day-to-day operation
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the facilities field.
- HVAC system, electrical system & cleanroom operation
