1 In charged of at least 2 mandores (20 workers) and responsible for the management of 200 acres. 2 Prepare monthly work plan with assistant Manager before 28th of each month 3 Submission of weekly work plan for approval 4 Planning of daily activity the day before: 4.1 Preparation for Store Issue Note (SIN) 4.2 Preparation of muster Chit 5 Work on the day: 5.1 Perform muster 5.2 Check and report on roads, field conditions if any irregularity 5.3 Prepare and supervise chemical mixing 5.4 Prepare cost book on work done 6 Durian Forest Management Program - DFMP (QR Code monitoring) 6.1 Update database by taking photos and tree growth information of each tree in the supervision area at least once a month 6.2 Identify tree with issues 6.3 Carry out treatment plan as instructed by manager and agronomist 7 Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
