Eksekutif Housekeeper

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and room preparation. - Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent guest satisfaction. - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team. - Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure sufficient stock levels. - Develop duty roaster for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs. - Implement eco-friendly cleaning practices and initiatives to support the property's environmental sustainability goals. - Generate reports on housekeeping operations, performance metrics, and budgetary performance.
