Personal Loan Agent

Responsibilities:

- To solicit and promote personal loan via tele-sales, digital marketing websites, social media, etc. and provide sales services to customers
- To provide advice to customers on appropriate loan package based on customer need.
- To achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of company targets.
- To set appointments, carry-out sales call visits where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new and potential customers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- Aggressively source and book new loans
- Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer.
- Attend road shows and etc. when required.
- To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products.
- Cross selling other banking products, when required.
- Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling.
- Ensure Company’s interest is protected at all times.
- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Company at all times.
