To ensure delivered materials in according to Specification requirements and delivery orders and store / stockpile to the desired location as set.

To report to management for any sub-standard materials or non-conformance materials delivered to the site.

向管理层报告交付至现场的任何不合标准材料或不合格材料。

To compile the delivery orders and submit to Purchasing Department for verification in weekly basis.

每周编制发货单并提交采购部审核。

To assist for materials arrangement and wastage control.

协助材料安排和损耗控制。

To assist Safety personnel for housekeeping works.

协助安全人员进行勤杂。

Responsible to submit the material requisition to Purchasing Department.

负责向采购部提交物资申请单。

Responsible for daily operation of store including distributions, security and housekeeping.

负责仓库的日常运营，包括配送、安全和仓库勤杂。

Ensuring the smooth movement of goods during the receiving stage, transferring and storing.

保证货物在收货、中转、储存阶段的顺畅流动。

To oversee stock control and purchase of equipment and to ensure the smooth handling of management documentations.

To ensure proper storing and handling of materials for easy identification and retrieval. To constantly review the layout plan in order to achieve highest standard of work efficiency.

To ensure all precise equipment are calibrated and maintain at Project Site.

In charge of handling for warehouse materials, materials’ movement, storage and shipment related process.

To ensure the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) system procedures are implemented on the projects.

Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
