**_Requirements:_**
- To report directly to Head Manager or Chief Executive Officer.
- Meeting and greeting Clients.
- Screening phone calls, answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Filing of documents, updating company records and documents.
- Assist Contract Department in preparation of tender including sourcing, typing Bill of Quantities and follow-up.
- Monitoring cleaner performance, ensure all place are clean and tidy at all time.
- Requires language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Have driving license and own transportation.
- Any ad hoc duties as assign by the management.
- Preferably to start work immediately
