Assist in preparation contract administration in tender evaluation, sourcing of suppliers and Sub-Contractor, preparation of bill of quantity(BQ), taking off quantities, pricing, submission of tender & tender interview when necessary.
- Assist in procurement support, follow up projects progress, handles claims and payments, variation order claims, attending client and site meetings.
- Full proficiency working with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all key dates are met while maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

**Required Experience**
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the supervision sector or related field
- Computer literacy, willing and eager to learn something new
- Strong communication skills.

**Preferred Education**
- Possess in SPM or Diploma in facility management or any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Computer literacy, willing and eager to learn something new
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
- Training will be provided.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
