**Aufgaben**:
**Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia provides finance, leasing, insurance and back office solutions to support the sales of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Malaysia and Singapore (aka Cluster Malaysia-Singapore).
**Objectives:
- Optimize financial operations by implementing efficient procedures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting the team in delivering accounting data, reviewing statements for accuracy, and maintaining compliance with FAS deadlines and standards.
- Effectively oversee and manage Finance Operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, timely completion of activities, robust internal controls, and high-quality service delivery by the Accounting team, including performance evaluation and development opportunities for the Cebu team.
- Lead the continuous improvement of Finance Operations by implementing efficient and compliant accounting processes, prioritizing robust payment processes, and identifying opportunities to streamline operations and optimize resources for enhanced accuracy, effectiveness, and performance across the cluster, hub, and SSC Cebu.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Finance Operations team by setting performance targets, fostering a target-oriented communication culture, continuously improving business and leadership skills, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing guidance for talent development, promoting open communication and collaboration, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, and staying updated with industry trends for effective staff development and performance management.
- Oversee and coordinate the audit preparation process, actively participating in meetings to provide insights and data, monitor progress, address feedback, and maintain strong relationships with auditors.
- Drive the digital transformation, TOM implementation, process optimization, data strategies adherence, and cross-functional collaboration in Finance Operations to enhance efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure effective organizational change.
- Ensure successful implementation and operations of the OneHub Asia Program in Kuala Lumpur, as well as for HQ teams establishing local teams in Malaysia.

**1. Efficient Financial Reporting and Management
- Closely work with the Accounting Manager to develop and implement efficient procedures and systems for capturing, processing, and reporting financial information accurately and in a timely manner for all legal entities in scope of the Cluster and Hub.
- Supervise all aspects of financial reporting for the Cluster and Hub.
- Ensure the preparation of monthly financial statements and segmented reporting, including brand-specific information, to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Support and oversee the team's delivery of financial accounting data and commentary to the Financial Accounting System (FAS), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Review financial statements for technical accuracy, collaborating with the Accounting Manager to identify and rectify errors before release to the management team.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and standards set by FAS for the delivery of financial statements and reports.

**2. Compliance and Oversight
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Finance Operations and ensure the completion of all items within designated timelines.
- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of robust Internal Controls, Segregation of Duty protocols, and audit requirements, maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines, including ICS and CFA activities.
- Provide comprehensive oversight and leadership to the whole Accounting team located in the cluster but also in Cebu, ensuring their performance and the delivery of high-quality services for Accounting activities.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of the Cebu Accounting team, offering guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and maintain exceptional standards.

**3. Process Optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system solutions within Finance Operations for cluster/hub processes.
- Define and implement efficient and compliant accounting processes that align with current accounting standards, legal regulations, tax obligations, and other relevant requirements across markets including the SSC Cebu.
- Prioritize the establishment of robust payment and other critical processes, with a strong emphasis on meeting group control requirements.
- Take a proactive approach in identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency, streamline accounting operations, and optimize resource allocation, leading to improved accuracy, effectiveness, and overall performance across the whole cluster as well as the Hub.
