Ensure customer pleasant experience.
- Set and maintain standards according to company requirements for all product preparations.
- Train and lead team to communicate product uniqueness to customers.
- Maintain outlet cash handling procedures.
- Set and maintain standards practice for relevant health and safety standards; equipment usage and maintenance.
- Maintain standards for outlet cleanliness.
- Maintaining outlet inventory and stock.
- Ensure smooth operation of outlet.
- Conduct training and guidance for subordinates.
- Conduct consumer classes occasionally.
- Seasonal beverage creation.
- In charge of outlet performance.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

**; Requirements**:
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- 6 working days per week (shift rotation).
- OT and Shift required.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Great communication skills.
- Contains Alcohol.
- Malaysian only.

Training and Statutory will be provided.
