IT Internship

Hardware and software troubleshooting prowess. Ability to critically analyse a symptom, diagnose a fault, plan and take appropriate action on equipment including PCs, printers, multifunction copiers & Network equipment’s.
- Knowledge of hardware components and hardware troubleshooting procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and desktop software.
- Networking knowledge including being familiar with the TCP/IP v4 and v6 protocol, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP.
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Comprehensive documentation of all support calls.
- Knowledgeable on different IT Technologies where continuous learning in the work field is expected.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements: -**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient communication in English, Malay is a plus.
- Full-Time position.
- Willing to travel Clinic Branches within Malaysia
- Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
