Painting Supervisor

To ensure the smooth operating of the Painting Section, and to achieve the monthly production target with the lowest cost, yet able to meet the quality standard requirement.
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Inspect and evaluate the paint job process, as well as a variety of pretreatment methods as needed.
- Monitor the paint quality of outputs from each production line and to ensure each rim that transfers to next section is in good condition for achieving good productivity.
- Responsible on the research and development of new paint, spray and control process.
- Coordinate with CNC Section Head for the smooth running of the Painting Department.
- Carry out internal technical training.
- Prepare monthly work schedule and oversee staff discipline.
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
- Compliance to company ISO requirements, safety regulations when executing tasks
- Control the materials consumption and manpower cost.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Min. 5 years and above in relevant painting working experience.
- Painting Production Management knowledge, Manpower management knowledge, painting Machinery management knowledge.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Knowledge and experience in IATF16949:2016 will be added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
