**GENERAL**
- Arrange all daily payments as instructed and record payments made to the system.
- Prepares bank reconciliation based on payment made and justification for any open items in bank reconciliation
- Perform day to day Procure to Pay processes.
- Ensure all invoices and payments are processed timely and accurately.
- Perform monthly analytical reviews of financial and non-financial data related to Procure to Pay.
- Perform reconciliation on the supplier's statement of account.
- Liaise with other departments to close the gap noticed in the reconciliation of statements of accounts.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software
- Fresh Graduate in Account / Finance are encourage to apply

**Location Work/Working Hours**

Wisma Segi Seri Seksyen 23 close to Aeon Big seksyen 23 / Uptown seksyen 23

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
