Assist the Senior Sales Admin with the daily duties
Arranges for cheque collection from the customers and records payment received from the customer
Liaises with the customers on matters such as payment due, payment difference, courtesy calls, customer complaints, purchases, inquiries, etc.
Liaises with the internal and external parties for cargo and tanker arrangements, delivery of products, daily committed orders, good transfer, documentation, etc.
Handles purchasing for drum stock and Inter-company products
Files and maintains data entry records/ documents.
