QA Halal Executive

**A. QUALITY ASSURANCE**

1. Food Safety member

2. Ensure documentation of Food Quality & Safety are maintained and updated

3. Ensure GMP/HACCP are implemented and maintained in every operation

4. Inspect of daily production operation and ensure good hygiene

5. Handling Pest Control of premises

6. Verify CCP and OPRP record

7. Ensure all incoming material, work in progress (WIP) and finished good product meet quality and safety standard

8. Ensure all quality parameters are meet the standard

9. In-charge of calibration of all equipment and well maintained

10. In-charge in arrangement of sample for lab analysis

11. To liaise with certified authority bodies in maintaining company certification (e.g. Ministry of Health)

12. To train all staffs on product safety and quality

13. To be involve in new or existing product development

14. Maintain knowledge and awareness of applicable food regulations, guidelines and standards for both domestic and export markets.

15. Handle customer complaint and conduct investigation of non-conformance for root cause analysis and corrective /preventive actions

16. Attend to goods return from customer, investigate, verify & corrective actions to be taken

17. To assist in external audits & customer audits

18. Conduct inspection of raw materials to ensure quality of finished goods

19. Support the quality assurance plans by assisting in hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions and verification procedures.

20. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

**B. HALAL**

1. Setting up HALAL SOP and HALAL manual

2. Responsible in controlling and updating the HALAL Assurance System (HAS) manual accordingly to Malaysian Halal Management System (MHMS)

3. Ensure the HAS manual is effectively implemented in the premise

5. To lead the Internal HALAL Committee Member (IHCM)

6. Responsible as a coordinator to coordinate the IHCM’s activities

7. To assist and perform Halal Awareness Training and other Halal activities as instructed by company.

8. To ensure all products are obtained HALAL certification and within the validity period.

9. Liaise with regulatory and certification bodies for all accreditation and compliance matters.

10. Maintain knowledge and awareness of applicable food regulations, guidelines and standards for both domestic and export markets.

12. Responsible in handling and managing the HALAL documentation and records

13. To verify the activities and documents that related to HAS

14. To organize an internal meeting among the IHCM

15. To ensure the IHCM is carried out effectively

16. To verify the changes of raw materials, suppliers, products and process including the Raw Material Masterlist

17. Responsible in ensuring the entire process of HALAL certification is carried out satisfactorily by IHCM

18. Responsible in ensuring the HAS is effectively implemented as accordingly to MHMS

19. Handle investigation of non-conformance for root cause analysis and corrective /preventive actions

20. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
