1. Adhering to the instructions of superiors, responsible for the overall arrangement and management of quality control, document management, customer service, and audit.

2. IATF 16949, Head of QC080000 Systems.

3. Validation and review of quality system.

4. Coordination external audits and client audits.

5. Internal audit operations, process audits, product audits, and self-inspection operations.

6. Revision of SOPs.

7. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reports.

8. Client-side quality problem handling and internal improvement tracking.

9. Responsible for the quality of the work of the subordinate that carry out the IPQC, FQC and OQC inspections.

10. Responsible for assisting in the handling of major nonconforming products in the factory.

11. Review of nonconforming product handling orders and abnormal orders.

12. Responsible for customer visits and coordination, and the collection of monthly review scores from clients.

13. Perform other reasonable tasks and assist in support matters assigned by superiors.
