Ensure overall operational efficiency at the assigned kitchen.
- Be familiar with the menu and all ingredients, method of cooking and sense of urgency in preparing food.
- Pick up and receive the food from the store and check carefully the quality and quantities received.
- Maintain the quality and presentations standards set by the Sous Chef / Executive Chef.
- Check daily menu to make sure that the quantity of the food is adequate and replenishment of food is on time.
- Maintain a friendly, neat, and pleasant image at all times. Be polite in language and behavior towards his superior and staff.
