Job Description : - Assist all the activities for QA/QC manager for documentation & inspection at site and factory. - Ensure all the inspection at site and factory follow approved Inspection Test Plan (ITP). - Prepare Request for Inspection (RFI) and Material inspection Report (MIR) for material receiving ensure all the material arrive at site as per DO & IRN. Check for quality of material.(welding & painting) and dimension follow approved fabrication drawing. - Monitor all welding activities before, during and after welding. To witness NDT&DT activities such as Ultrasonic & Magnetic Particle Inspection and review report. - Joint survey with surveyor for alignment & levelness and review report. - Bolt tightening inspection for every bolting connection and ensure Bolt & Nut install follow Project Specification. - Metal Deck and shear stud inspection ensures installation followed checklist. - Responsible for responding to customers NCR - Identifies and coordinates crane/crew hiring, and scheduling based upon lift requirements. accomplishes other assigned tasks as required by management. Job requirement : - With experience in Construction site will be given priority. - Process Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering or equivalent. - At least 2 years working experience in QC construction field. - Prefer with Construction Engineering Management or Project Management experience. - Understand the construction drawing - Having a basic understanding of quality control principles and methods will be beneficial.
