Meet with marketing to discuss new product or modification requirements.
- Collaborate with production and marketing on product feasibility.
- Create and figure out new products. From here calculate the cost of making the product and materials needed.
- Liaise with production and QC departments in resolving product issues.
- Ensure all records and documents of all related activities are properly kept and keep the management informed of the various developments and progress.
- Acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to that level of competence to achieve efficiency in working in the R & D department.
- Experience with mooncake working experience in the related field is required for this position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
