Beauty Supervisor

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist customers in their beauty journey by providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the Spa’s product offerings and industry trends.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the operation team such as train new staff and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
- Responsible for maintaining professional standards of customer care including managing customer feedback, performing customer needs and etc.
- Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling/cross presentation of items or services at point of service.
- Drive and achieve individual sales target on a monthly basis, in a team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide weekly/monthly enrolment and Spa’s reports.
- Manage the salon's inventory of supplies and products.
- Perform inventory replenishment as and when required.
- Operate POS cash register and handle various mode of payment.
- Ensure that the salon complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior/ manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably in the spa, beauty, or hospitality industry.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in spa and beauty/wellness industry.
- Presentable and professional.
- Excellent customer service and skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
