Role: Talent Acquisition Manager
Salary Range: RM 15,000 - RM 20,000
Location: Penang
Language: Malay + English (Malaysian)
Start Date: ASAP or with Notice Period
Experience: Bachelor Degree and 10+ years in the BPO Industry is a Must.
**Overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent to drive our company's growth and success. Leveraging your 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, along with your proven managerial skills, you will lead a team of HR and recruiters to identify, engage, and onboard skilled professionals who align with our company's culture, values, and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fulfill staffing needs across various departments within the BPO company.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Manage and participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to supplement internal hiring efforts as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and employment laws.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the BPO industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing a team of recruiters and driving recruitment initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
