IT Internship

Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
- Identify and troubleshoot errors with the websites
- Test the appearance and ease of access of the website on many different browsers and devices
- Communicate regularly with the clients and help in the training to use the website optimally
- Perform analysis to understand the user needs
- Assist in the development and improvement of the software to meet the user needs
- Conduct tests and identify errors of the programs
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging
- Help with the software implementations, for example by providing training and support for the staff who will operate the software

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
- Familiar with Java,.NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite
- **Tamil speakers** preferred (to communicate with our IT staff from India)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
