Raising and invoice processing.
- Processing expense requests.
- Credit control.
- Cash book maintenance.
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.
- Banks reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Basic administration.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
**Responsibilities**
- To assist Finance Manager & Director in matters to finance and accounting of the group of companies.
- Ideal person with strategic thinking, written and verbal skills.
- Analytic skills to link financial results to operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Adaptability and flexibility to learn about accounting system (AutoCount).
- Ability to communicate issues and defend position.
- Quick learner and problem solver.
**Requirements**:
- Computer proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Excellent in language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Good team player, self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
- Willing to work in **Prima Selayang, Batu Caves.**:

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
