- **or EXPERIENCED AND EXPOSED** in Safety Critical Industries (**Oil & Gas, Safety, Renewable Energy, Fire Fighting)**:

- Possess occupational experience in **FIREFIGHTING **and practical knowledge of **HELICOPTER EMERGENCY RESPONSE **or **OFFSHORE HELICOPTER OPERATION**

To maintain our commitment to providing the highest quality and flexible service to our customers, we are currently seeking ASSOCIATE TRAINER to deliver comprehensive range of safety training programs at our Regional Centers and customer premises (onshore and offshore).

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role and responsibilities of a Associate Trainer shall include but not limited to support and assist direct training and facilitating duties in the organization:

- Designing, developing, and delivering safety training courses, making assessments and evaluations of training programs
- Being responsible for the maintenance and re-certifications of training facilities, equipment, and appliances
- Engaging in continuous self-learning & development, coaching and mentoring colleagues, keeping abreast of any changes in industry regulations, standards, best practices, ensuring sufficient technical knowledge, reviewing and carrying out further enhancement of course materials, and ensuring the highest quality of training programs is delivered
- Always displaying a mature and positive attitude towards participants, visitors & fellow colleagues to ensure good external & internal customer service
- Ensuring all course materials and equipment are kept up to date and in accordance with relevant standards such as OPITO, STCW, GWO, or local regulatory bodies.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- **At least 3 years of working experience in Oil & Gas or other safety critical related industries**:

- **Holding a competence assessor certification would be advantageous**:

- Background and experience in any of the below profession:

- Offshore Production personnel
- Offshore drilling personnel
- Offshore riggers and deckhands
- Petrochemical personnel
- HSE professionals
- Marine officers and engineers
- Wind Turbine personnel
- Professional fire fighters

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Proficient in written & spoken English
- Ability to facilitate and deliver training program
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Capabilities in Excel, Word and Power Point”
- A team player with good interpersonal & presentation skill
- Knowledgeable and competent in areas of training
- Engaging, mature, resourceful, confident and highly motivated
