- Responsible in handling E-Perolehan & other vendor website (tender)
- To attend to all incoming calls, general enquiries, guests and walk-in visitors
- Responsible to call customer for follow-up payment
- Pick up or drop off any documentation when needed (inbound/outbound)
- Responsible in making official letters, renewal license documents, proposal and etc
- Responsible in making poster (for any events/perayaan)
- responsible for holding the shutter (for open & close)
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stocks, restock when needed such as pantry, stationaries, A4 papers etc
- Ensure operation of equipment doing well, call for maintenance/repairs when needed
- Provide administrative support to ensure operation in the office is going well
- Any ad-hoc tasks assign by superior
- **Requirements:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- No working experience needed
- Valid car or motorcycle license
- Work closely under Admin Executive
- Does not have health issues
- Able to work independently
- Possess own transportation
- Prefered start on 04/06/2024 (Female only)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- car or motorcycle license (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
