Workplace Location : KEMAMAN, TERENGGANU (BRANCH OFFICE) Job Descriptions - Provide general support and assistance to the HSE Executive. - Assist the Health & Safety monitoring activities. - Assist in Safety & Health audits and produce audit reports and follow up actions according to dateline. - Provide clerical support on HSE committee, monthly report & other report if necessary. - Conduct safety induction for new employee and drivers. - Issued PPEs for driver and staffs. - Review, record and monitor the fire extinguisher expiry and hose inspection date. - Participate in detailed accident/incident investigation. - Perform documentation, record keeping and filling. Required Qualification and Skills: - Min diploma in related discipline, preferably in Logistic/Transportation Management or equivalent - Required languages (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with SAP system will be an added advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with different levels including drivers, customers, and management. - Team players, able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure in a 24/7 fast-paced environment.
