Every piece of Family Bite tapioca chips is produced with the finest quality of tapioca, fresh from the farm, thinly sliced and deep-fried with pure non-hydrogenated palm oil to deliver the crispiest and crunchiest texture.

**Social Media/ E Marketing Executive**

1. Develop creative, relevant and engaging social media contents for company’s website, social media profiles (FB, IG, TikTok) and E-Commerce platforms (Shopee & Lazada).

2. Provide specialized knowledge and insight to develop a social media/digital strategy in promoting company’s brand and products.

3. Plan, manage and produce social media postings on regular basis to build digital connection with consumers.

4. Identify online advertising opportunities and develop optimized online ads through

5. Track and measure the social media/digital marketing efforts using analytics tool for social growth and performance and interpret findings into action plan for improvement.

6. Provide online community management and support online comments, feedback, and inquiries promptly across digital platforms.

7. Identify and coordinate with external marketing agencies and/or relevant influencers to optimize marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in social media marketing experience with great understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

2. Excellent knowledge and skills in social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok), and/or E
- Commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada).

3. Skills and experience in creative content writing.

4. Strong sense of design.

5. Experience in photography, copywriting and editing skills to aid in website and social media contents.

6. Good written and spoken communication skills in in English and Melayu.
