**Responsibilities**:
The Reliability Technician will carry out the following technical functions in support of product reliability qualification and monitoring:

- Electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment
- Loading and unloading of IC components onto burn-in boards
- Loading and unloading burn-in boards into test chambers (must be able to lift 40 lbs.)
- DOPL and HALT loading and unloading
- Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits
- Loading and unloading units for High Voltage Isolation Test
- Debug the failure from High Voltage Isolation Test
- Perform Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (C-SAM) testing
- Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and Keithley test rack
- Use of X-Ray system and optical microscope is support of failure analysis
- Other engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics or equivalent certification
- Preferable 2+ years of experience as a technician in the semiconductor industry
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
