**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Handle monthly progress claims and variation orders.

2. Coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel.

3. Monitor and control building materials including quantity take off.

4. Measure and value the work done on site/on-site verification of works.

5. Understand contractual terms and processes.

6. Perform any other tasks as and when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

2. Minimum one (1) year working experience in construction industry.

3. Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Excel

4. Possess own transport.

5. Based in Bangi, Selangor or Baling, Kedah. (2 positions)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
