QA Executive

_The QA executive assists Quality Assurance Assistant Manager / Manager with quality control functions from processes of incoming raw materials, in-process until outgoing finished product. To support Food Safety & Quality Management System._
- **To support Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001).**:

- To ensure incoming raw materials, in-process products, and outgoing product comply with the standards.
- Verify quality control checking record daily.
- Ensure all incoming raw materials are provided with quality assurance documents (COA, SDS, product spec, food contact declaration document, compliance test reports, etc.)
- Support to identify the root cause of customer complaints, non-conformance product and potentially unsafe product. Issue no-conformance report to relevant department for corrective action plan and ensure corrective action is taken and effective implemented.
- Ensure handling of non-conformance product procedure is effectively implemented.
- Investigate customer returned goods and issue disposal form.
- Establish and update work instruction.
- Act as Engineering Change Order (ECO) Coordinator who is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams on the process of implementing changes to product designs, specifications, or processes within a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Provide product quality training to production and QC staff according to schedule.
- Release/on-hold incoming raw materials and finished product in the SAGE system on time.
- Handle and monitor internal/external calibration for measuring equipment.
- Act as internal auditor to inspect manufacturing plant according to schedule.
