4. Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations

5. Schedule and complete the “preventive maintenance program”

6. Team work and assist the special project by maintenance department

7. Coordinate team work as Maintenance Executive on leave or emergency leave

8. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractor

9. Responsible for 24 hours emergency maintenance service as scheduled

10. Carry pager/ cell phone as required for on call maintenance

11. Monitoring and maintain all building system as assigned

12. Complete around work as directed by senior technician which may include the task

13. Inspecting all system and machinery of facility

Effectively using testing and repair tools and equipment

Pay: From RM1,650.00 per month
