We are looking for a Campus Manager to join the Forward School team. As a Campus Manager, you'll wear many hats and be responsible for making sure the campus runs smoothly and projects are on track. You’ll handle everything thrown your way proactively and with positivity.
The Campus Manager serves as manager of school campus support for a school. In performing duties,responsibilities and tasks, the individual utilises independent judgement, initiative, tact, patience and courtesy.

The Responsibilities:
**Campus Management and Stakeholders Engagement**
- Ensure the campus is clean and tidy, sound and safe;
- To maintain office equipment and environment including scheduling for maintenance and service;
- Verify and negotiate better pricing
- Manage and attend enquiries of stakeholders such as the students, tenants, vendors and partners;
- Assist with student and tenants’ medical needs and administer first aid;
- Maintain and update stakeholders’ information;
- Maintain active engagement and good relationship with the stakeholders
- Plan and manage internal events community (Movie Night, Goreng Session, Parties, etc)
- Welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries;
- Maintain information on and answer questions regarding space rental;
- Draft and prepare tenancy agreements for signature and make sure the agreements are effective upon signature;
**School Programs, Admissions & Administrative Support**
- Maintain information on and answer questions regarding specific school programs;
- Draft and prepare student financial aid agreements for signature and make sure the agreements are effective upon signature;
- Liaise with government department JPK for student registration and certification and preparation of supporting documentation
- Responsible for performing and/or delegating correct record keeping of student enrollment/ admission preparation, issuance and/or maintenance of the confidential student folder and all required records contained therein, verification of enrollment and other eligibility, student insurance and transfer or release of documentation;
- Plan and manage external events (Scholarship Day, Open Day, Education Fair, Demo Day, Hiring Day, Graduation, hackathon, seminars, talks) together with the faculty and marketing team;
- To monitor office budget, which may include the community activities budget, school and office expenditure budget;
- Propose improvement plan when necessary;
- To coordinate with relevant departments for information and date;
- Provide operational support and assistance to the team when needed.
**The Requirements**:
- Work experience in community/ campus/ floor management, customer service, sales and marketing responsibilities with a minimum of 3 (THREE) years’ experience
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent and professional personal presentation.
- Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail.
- Confidence pitching to in both 1:1 and 1:many situations
- Exceptional closing skills while still remaining welcoming, understanding, and empathetic
- Ability to prioritise, work methodically and remain calm under pressure or contingencies.
