**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate all logístical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc.
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis
- Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
- Completed Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
- Proactive, team player and positive attitude
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and travel outstation.
