**Responsibilities**:

- Schedules service appointments
- Advice customer about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solutions
- Enter itemized estimated cost on service order and explain estimated cost to customer to gain their understanding of all services provided.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labour and parts, provided by the technicians. To prepare quotation to customers.
- To liaise with part controller
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.

**Working Day**: Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5pm)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
