Receptionist Admin

Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Coordinate courier arrangement and sorting daily mails/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook and access card)
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Prepare and refill refreshments.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Coordinate and organize festival welfare and decoration.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
