**Responsibilities**:

- Support e-commerce operations by working cross-department and teams for platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- To create and upload new product listings and ensure the information is correct and updated; manage shop content creation.
- Responsible for reporting and to be able to identify issues/ anomalies in the report.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all platforms.
- Able to adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions.
- Shoot simple product photos/ videos for e-commerce use.
- Maintain a strong collaborative relationship with platform partners.
- Stay informed about the most recent trends and industry best practices, and present creative proposals to elevate our presence across all platforms.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce or with relevant experience in this field are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
- Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality, able to meet strict deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive thinking, reliability, self-motivated and creative
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate under tight timelines and pressure

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
