**What will you do?**
- Responds to inquiries of sales representatives.
- Provide backup support to other department functions as needed.
**What qualifications will make you successful?**
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
- Intermediate level knowledge and ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365.
- SAP experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong interpersonal and communication skills and a penchant for providing superior customer service are desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of parts and nomenclature.
- Strong time management skills
- Able to adapt and work in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
