**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer preferences.

Manage and optimize website content and user experience to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).

Identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative strategies to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and development teams, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.

Manage and maintain digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

1-2 years’ experience, with a good understanding of SEO

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with web design and development principles is a plus.

Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads certification or HubSpot certifications, are desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
