Account Executive

Client relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients is a key responsibility. Account executives serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions. They strive to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Account management: They oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery of products or services. They collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, production, or technical teams, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed successfully.
Budgeting and financial management: They are responsible for managing account budgets and ensuring profitability. This includes preparing and presenting client proposals, estimating project costs, tracking expenses, and managing billing and invoicing processes.
Reporting and analytics: They track and analyze sales metrics, client performance, and market trends. Senior account executives prepare reports and presentations to communicate results, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to clients.
Client retention and upselling: Account executives focus on client retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and offering additional products or services that align with client needs. They identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
