我們正在尋找駐馬來西亞吉隆坡的【**策略夥伴經理（MY）】** 。
**主要責任**
- 我們正在尋找一位積極主動、具有前瞻性的策略夥伴經理加入我們的團隊。在此職位中，您將負責管理和拓展與我們尊敬的金融機構 (FI) 客戶的關係，涵蓋支付、行銷和用戶成長解決方案領域。身為策略夥伴關係經理，您將與我們的業務開發團隊密切合作，尋找追加銷售和交叉銷售創新解決方案的機會，培養持久的合作夥伴關係，並推動跨不同用戶案例的互利合作。
- 關係培養：與我們的金融機構客戶（包括電子錢包、商業銀行和其他金融實體）建立牢固、長期的關係。掌握他們在支付、行銷和用戶成長解決方案領域的獨特業務需求、挑戰和目標
- 多重解決方案成長策略：與 BD 團隊合作，識別現有 FI 客戶帳戶中的追加銷售和交叉銷售前景。對客戶組合進行細緻分析，主動識別成長潛力並設計跨支付和行銷領域的客製化解決方案
- 創新和解決方案演示：為金融客戶製作並提供引人入勝的演示、產品演示和建議，展示我們整合支付和行銷解決方案的非凡價值和優勢
- 量身訂製的需求評估：對每位金融客戶進行全面的需求評估，深入研究他們獨特的支付處理要求、行銷目標、合規要求和技術偏好
- 協作合約談判：與金融機構客戶進行有目的的協作合約談判，制定互惠互利的條款，同時維護產業法規和最佳實務。
- 提升客戶支援：為金融機構客戶提供精英客戶支持，制定定期審查，滿足查詢，解決複雜問題並確保完全滿意
- 行業洞察力和專業知識：保持支付和行銷行業發展的最前沿，涵蓋尖端技術、監管變革和競爭對手動態。運用您的專業知識為金融機構客戶提供策略建議
- 卓越的收入預測：敏銳地監控和分析每個金融客戶的帳戶績效、支付處理量、行銷活動有效性和收入趨勢。向管理團隊提供定期更新和準確的收入預測
- 以解決方案為中心的問題解決：與產品團隊、技術團隊等內部團隊無縫協作，主動解決和解決客戶的任何疑慮或技術難題
- CRM 賦能：利用我們的 CRM 系統的力量來維護所有客戶互動、銷售工作和進度的詳細記錄，從而支援數據驅動的決策
**資格**
- 工商管理、金融或相關領域學士學位
- 至少5年工作經驗，2年相關行業工作經驗優先
- 作為策略合作夥伴經理取得了成功，最好是在支付和行銷解決方案行業，專注於為金融機構提供服務
- 對支付處理系統、尖端行銷技術以及適用於金融機構的合規標準有深刻的理解
- 在不同解決方案中擁有卓越的業務開發技能和超額銷售目標的良好記錄
- 卓越的溝通和人際交往能力，可與金融機構客戶建立牢固的關係
- 敏銳的分析能力，熟練地解釋數據，為支付和行銷領域的客戶提供有價值的見解
- 自我激勵和前瞻性思維，在建立關係和解決問題時採用積極主動的策略
- 協作精神，在與內部團隊的跨職能合作中蓬勃發展
- 在充滿挑戰的情況下蓬勃發展
- 精通英語和普通話，可以與講普通話的利害關係人溝通
