**Core Functions**

Assist the Marketing Manager in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for **Bake With Yen **in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

**Duties / Responsibilities**:
**Overall Social Media Responsibilities**:
1. Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets;
2. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers;
3. Maintain a cohesive strategy across all our digital platforms to increase our brand awareness;
4. Build and grow our social media presence on social media (IG, FB, Twitter);
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
6. Research audience preferences and discover current trends;
7. Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company;
8. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought for adoption where appropriate;
9. Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness,

**Campaigns**:
1. Coordinate with Head of Marketing to design marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and set short
- and long-term goals;
2. Daily social media postings on each brand;
3. Create engaging text, image and video content;
4. Manage, create and publish original, high quality content;
5. Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new menu & promotions or sales items for fashion;
6. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics;
7. Oversee social media accounts’ layout;
8. Edit, proofread and improve content;
9. Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions, competitions and acquisitions;
10. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase product and brand awareness;
11. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
12. Share campaigns content through various digital channels, including EDM and website updates, ensuring strong web presence.

**Digital Customers & partners management**:
1. Daily monitor and facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries;
2. Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments;
3. Report on online reviews and feedback from customers on our digital platform;
4. Monitor and report on online reviews and feedback from customers on other platform such as Trip Advisor and to improve the rating;
5. Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement;
6. Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience;
7. Communicate with industry professionals via social media such as food reviewers, bloggers and influencers to create a strong network;
8. Collaborate with other partners.

**Social Media Analyst responsibilities include**:
1. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
2. Measure and prepare weekly & monthly performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.);
3. Analyze user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates);
4. Measure web traffic and monitor SEO;
5. Report on web traffic from all social media;
6. Measure all campaigns experiments and conversions.

**Ecommerce & Website**

1. To grow the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintain the digital platform.

2. Create & maintain website content ensuring all content is up to date and ensure that all pages, product and prices are correct, updated and in line with promotions all the time.

3. Implement the e-commerce activities, sales promotion and communication

4. Track and report the daily sales

5. Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all website inquiries.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
