- Minimum 2 years-experience in merchandising, ideally in supermarket or hypermarket.
- Have knowledge in product assortment and sensitive to latest local
market trend.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills: able to build good rapport with suppliers & distributor and to achieve win-win situation in negotiating.
- Able to work closely with branch operation in achieving Company goals in term of product availability, pricing and qualities.
- Have extensive experience in understanding customer needs, buying
behaviour and able to bring out new strategies.
