Mould Setter

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Location: Johor Bahru
- Business Nature: EMS Company (MNC)
- Perform mold change
- Install dies on machine according to work order specifications
- Responsible for molding machine set up including ancillary equipment as related to the molding process
- Follow and document process parameters to ensure repeatable results
- Responsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds, and tooling
- Responsible for completing Mold Setup and Resin Change Checklists
- Process molding parameters to achieve quality parts and optimized cycle times
- Use troubleshooting skills to improve and develop repeatable molding processes
- Performs all the function and responsibilities of a material handler

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 years experience in injection molding setup and processing
- knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within mould setting are strongly preferred
- Possess good communication skills

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
