**Account Manager - Pasir Gudang**
**Responsibilities**:
- Full time position
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the year-end audit process and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing regular updates to Management.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including payments, invoicing, CN, receipts, and reconciliations to ensure cash flow requirements are met.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the company's financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting, filing, and other requirements, including corporate tax and other statutory bodies, while reconciling accounts.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, special projects as and when required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Graduate with a Diploma or Degree in finance/accounting.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficient in Xero and other accounting software would be advantageous.
- Working experience in audit and tax would be an added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
