Coordinate all local & export operations which including liaise with forwarder agents, shipping liners, haulage, and customs clearance for export to ensure timely delivery. - Prepare and manage pre-shipping and post-shipping documents. - Responsible for all Export shipment arrangement and shipping document preparation, such as bills of lading, invoices, shipping labels, LC documents to the bank, COO, Insurance, etc. - Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations - Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations - Resolve any shipping or logistics issues as they arise - Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipping and logistics activities - Continuously evaluate and improve shipping and logistics processes - Perform all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time to time.
