Kindergarten Supervisor

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of supervisory working experience in pre-school / after school daycare or education sector is required for this position.
- Strong in communication skill and work as a team player.
- Highly motivated with a warm and friendly personality.
- Be able to establish positive working environment and lead by example.
- To possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Literacy in Mandarin / other Chinese dialect would be an added advantage.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- This role required to perform daily administrative tasks and non-administrative tasks to support Head of School in the business operations of preschool or after school daycare.
- Daily administrative tasks refer to handle administrative requirements of the business centers as below:

- To perform and facilitate execution of daily administrative activities and procedures for the operation of the business center.
- To serve as a trusted partner providing support on administrative and business management matters/activities
- To responsible for the entire office administration duties and maintaining office environment/equipment
- To assist in preparation of documentation such as invoice, data entry and etc.
- To undertake any general administrative and other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by the management as and when required.
- Non-Administrative role refers to be able to manage teachers in the business centers by providing and supporting them on administrative needs and to involve in teaching (if it is required) and to support Head of School when comes to business meeting / business presentation.
- To possess the adequate problem-solving skill when comes to customer issue / staff issue in the absence of Head of School.
- To be an effective customer service function when comes to dealing with parents and students especially be able to do “selling” on the business center.
- To participates in roadshows, education fair and other marketing activities/event.
